2. All people should start their day with honey. Take one spoon of honey and mix it in a glass of warm water. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to this mixture of water and honey. After waking up in the morning, we should drink this water on an empty stomach. We should consume it for 2 to 3 months to reduce our body weight effectively. Mix a few drops of the juice of mint leaves in lukewarm water and mix it well with each other. And consume this mixture 30 minutes after having a meal. 6. Fennel Fennel is considered a popular and very old home remedy to reduce our body's appetite. Boil about 6 to 8 fennel seeds in a cup of water every day for a few minutes. And then remove these fennel seeds separately from this water. And we should consume this water every morning on an empty stomach. This will reduce our desire to eat. And the weight will not increase either.

7. Apple Cedar Vinegar Taking 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar every day before going to bed also helps in reducing weight. We should use it while sleeping. It is very beneficial in reducing the accumulated fat in our bodies.

8. Black pepper is also very beneficial in reducing weight, if we mix honey with black pepper, then it proves to be very helpful. Honey is a home remedy for many diseases and it is also helpful in reducing weight. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 1 pinch of black pepper in a glass of water. Mix these 3 well and we should consume this water daily in the morning. Our body weight will never increase due to its consumption.

9. Home-made food should be consumed. It is a well-known fact that if we regularly consume food items found in hotels, restaurants, or on the way, it increases our body's weight. We should eat mostly home-cooked food which is less fat and oil. We should include green vegetables and fruits in our diet. And we should include those vegetables in our food which are helpful in fighting obesity. By consuming these vegetables, we can not become a victim of obesity.

10. Tea spices are also beneficial in reducing weight. Mix spices in tea. Chai spices are very good ingredients that help in reducing our body weight effectively and naturally. To reduce our weight, we must add 2-3 pieces of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove in green tea daily to reduce the weight of our body effectively and rapidly. Consume tea containing these spices two to three times a day and see its results within a month.

11. Curry leaves (sweet neem) If we eat 10 to 12 sweet neem leaves every morning on an empty stomach. Chew it well and drink its juice. Do this continuously for three to four months. With its consumption, we will see our body weight-reducing effect.

12. We should use green vegetables and fruits in our daily food. We should include green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, and carrots in our daily diet. 13. Along with water, if we soak jujube leaves in a cup of water. Leave it like this for the whole night and drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning on the next day. 15. We should do physical exercise every morning, we should walk fast in the morning, this is the best way to reduce obesity and our body also remains healthy by this.
