2. Cinnamon

3. Carrots

Many types of nutrients are present in carrots found in the winter season. Carrots are rich in fiber, which keeps our stomach full for a long time. In such a situation, we can consume carrots to reduce our belly fat in the winter season. Not only can we eat carrots, but we can also use it by making carrot juice or soup.
