With the help of non-vegetarian diet plan, you can easily fulfill your weight loss goal. Whatever the food, it is very important to have a balance in them, only then it will be able to give the necessary nutrition to the body. Proteins, vitamins and minerals are found in sufficient quantity in meat, seafood, chicken, eggs etc. With which we can easily reduce our body weight. But some also contain cholesterol and saturated fat which can be harmful for your body.

Let's know about the non-vegetarian plan to lose weight in seven days

day 1

Breakfast: Have any two fruits like apple or banana along with a cup of tea. Lunch: Replace carbohydrate-rich rice, potatoes, bread and pasta with whole grain breads or rotis, a piece of chicken salad or fruit. Dinner: Have fat free ice cream with fish, steamed broccoli and any leafy vegetable. We can also reduce our body weight with this non-vegetarian diet plan.

day 2

 If we start our day with lemon and honey water, then obesity will not even touch us. Breakfast: Take a bowl of poha, upma or idli. Lunch: Eat two rotis, some rice and vegetables. Snacks: Eat four-five cereal or oats biscuits with green tea or any other weight loss tea. Dinner: Take only light food in dinner. Eat sandwiches and salads made from whole grain bread. It is also very beneficial for the consumption of our body.

day 3

 Breakfast: Have apple or banana with a bowl of poha, upma and idli. Make a honey topping on the fruit. Lunch: One cup of rice and lentils, vegetables and any fruit like grapes and banana can be taken. Dinner: Have green vegetables, roti and baked or boiled potatoes.

By consuming it, we can easily save our body from becoming a victim of obesity.

day 4

 Breakfast: Eat apple, banana and curd. Lunch: Eat roti with tomato soup, roasted chicken, radish, tomato, pear and green chopped vegetables. Dinner: Eat brown rice and pineapple, apple and orange.

day 5

 Breakfast: cup tomato and some almonds. Lunch: Beans and a roti with vegetables and cucumber slices. Dinner: Salad of green vegetables but not containing fat in it, along with rotis.

Day 6

 Breakfast: One idli or roti with vegetables. Apart from this, take banana and toned milk also. Lunch: Eat one roti, one cup of rice, unsweetened curd, fish curry, cucumber, tomato and onion. Dinner: Eat brown rice, steamed spinach and apple. Consuming all of these can reduce belly fat

day 7

 Breakfast: Eat a bowl of poha, upma or idli, half a bowl of chopped tomatoes. Lunch: Eat rice, lentils and salad. Dinner: Grilled chicken, bread and pineapple chunks. With the help of this non-vegetarian diet plan, you will definitely lose weight. If you follow this diet plan everyday then you will soon be able to meet your weight loss goal.
